Custom Software License Agreement

This Custom Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of software products (“Software”) developed and distributed by Pawel Pliousnin Digital Solutions (“Licensor”).

This Software includes, but is not limited to:

• PPL Scored Search for Magento / Adobe Commerce
• PPL Order Metrics for Magento / Adobe Commerce
• Any extensions, plugins, modules, or applications developed by Pawel Pliousnin Digital Solutions

1. License Grant

The Software is licensed, not sold.

Upon valid purchase or installation, the Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on their own Magento / Adobe Commerce systems
• Modify the Software for internal business purposes only

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties
• Share the Software outside their licensed organization
• Make the Software publicly accessible (e.g., open repositories, downloads)
• Remove or alter copyright, branding, or proprietary notices

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of Pawel Pliousnin Digital Solutions.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software.

4. Support and Updates

Support, updates, and maintenance (if any) are provided according to the terms defined at the time of purchase or subscription.

5. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease use of the Software and remove all copies from their systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawel Pliousnin Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from the use of the Software.

8. Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to all current and future software products developed by Pawel Pliousnin Digital Solutions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
